about me

Taylor Stewart is a broadcast journalist and emerging unscripted television producer who transforms ambiguity into action under pressure. For nearly a decade, she's spent her career on live television—turning raw tips, conflicting data, and competing priorities into stories that move audiences and drive measurable business results.

On-Air Career

As a morning weekend anchor and general assignment reporter at FOX45 in Baltimore, Taylor led a production team through fast-moving news cycles while solving a critical business problem: declining audience retention across key demographic segments. By analyzing Nielsen data and redesigning editorial strategy around her findings, she drove a verified .80 ratings point increase within six months and achieved a 15–25% lift in digital engagement.

Taylor previously worked as a morning reporter and fill-in anchor at WLOS in Asheville, North Carolina. Her on-air career began in Chattanooga, Tennessee at WTVC, where she worked as a one-woman band—shooting, editing, and reporting stories—while earning two Associated Press awards for reporting on police use-of-force policies and the use of chokeholds.

Behind the Scenes

Taylor's passion for unscripted production stems from early roles as a production assistant for NBC at the 2018 Winter Olympics in Pyeongchang, South Korea, and as an intern for Dateline NBC in New York. During college, she divided her time between class and internships at WSB-TV and CNN in Atlanta.

Education

Taylor is a Vanderbilt Owen MBA student and proud Spelman College alumna with a degree in psychology and a concentration in neuroscience.
